Nordisk Panorama Film Festival’s comedy programme at Malmö’s lively Far i Hatten is becoming a tradition, and this year’s shorts promise to leave you smiling. Ever experienced an awkward family dinner? Not as awkward as in African Family Dinner, where Mona tries to impress her Ghanaian boyfriend’s family. In Agust Gudmundsson’s Painting, a woman gets unique revenge on her ex-husband. And Good Grief! by Terji Mohr humorously turns funerals into celebrations! Also featured are Moon Pie Vanilla by Erlendur Sveinsson and Oscar winner Patrik Eklund’s new short I Am the Fire.
