We are delighted to announce that our friends from Far I Hatten will be hosting the release, and we hope to see you for a sunny evening with fresh beers, delicous food and whatever your heart may desire.

Fågelsång - Rocket’s first all swedish beer.

Since Rocket Brewing started, it has been our vision to work with local produce in our beer making.

This is why we are introducing the Fågelsång Mölsch!

Fågelsang is an ale brewed only with local malt and hops from the Skåne region.
We decided on calling the beerstyle a Mölsch as it is inspired by the traditional German ale style, kölsch. And as it is produced in Malmö we couldn’t name it anything else than Mölsch.

We get the pilsner malt from Warbro Kvarn, that resides in Sköldinge, Södermanland. A small organic farm that grows their malt with love and care. The Hops is organically produced in Österlen, by our friends from Hästhagen Humlegård, from where we bought their entire yearly production, just for this beer.

The name of the beer is a tribute to the legendary Christer Fuglesang. As this is our first (but not last) journey into beers made only with swedish ingredients, we wanted to dedicate this beer, to the first swede traveling into space. Something to be proud of.
