The Coastal Elites are a jazz-infused rock’n’roll band with notes of acts like Velvet Underground, Love and Elliot Smith. Their ambition is to create a folk music for their folk - rootless people from all over the place struggling with addiction, toxic behaviour, divorce, parenting… Their song Easter was recently featured by Sydsvenskan as one of the best songs from Malmö of 2023, and they are currently working on a new EP.
The Coastal Elites are Theo Hagman Rogowski, Gustaf Heden, Samuel Jassen and Joel Jönsson.
